- During your time within our premises, you will be accompanied by one of our designated company representatives. Please follow their instructions and guidance throughout your visit.
- Safety Signs and Instructions
- Pay close attention to all safety signs and instructions displayed throughout the facility. These are in place for your protection and to guide you in the event of an emergency.
- Restricted Areas
- For your safety and security, please refrain from entering any unauthorized areas within our premises. These areas are restricted for specific purposes and may pose potential risks to visitors.
- No Smoking Policy
- Smoking is strictly prohibited within our premises. We kindly ask all visitors to respect this policy.
- Photography Restrictions
- Photography within our facility is only permitted with prior permission. Please refrain from taking any photographs unless authorized.
- Vehicle Parking
- All vehicles must be parked in designated areas only. Please follow signage and instructions provided for parking.
Emergency Evacuation Procedures.
In the event of an emergency requiring evacuation, please adhere to the following procedures:
- Fire Alarm Activation:
- Upon hearing the fire alarm, proceed immediately to the designated assembly point.
- Exit the building promptly with your designated contact person.
- Familiarize yourself with the audible alarms and follow emergency exit signs to the nearest fire exit.
- Evacuate the building using designated pathways and stairways only.
- Before opening any doors, test them and the door handles for heat. If safe, proceed to evacuate via the stairs to the ground floor.
- Report to the designated assembly point for further instructions.
- Upon arrival at the assembly point, an official will conduct a headcount for accountability and further actions.
- Never leave the premises without reporting your status to an authorized staff member.
